Our Research

Our research group focuses on developing computational tools for mass spectrometry and proteomics. We aim to enhance algorithms for identifying and quantifying proteins and post-translational modifications, making sense of complex proteomics data. Our approach combines experimental and computational expertise, including bioinformatics and machine learning. With a strong focus on practical biological applications, we actively support multiple collaborations both on campus and internationally.
