05 Jan Dean’s Commendation for UBC
This month’s Commendation from the Dean goes to the Utrecht Bioinformatics Center (UBC). The Dean commended the cooperation by Berend Snel, Patrick Kemmeren (UMC Utrecht) and Bas van Breukelen with the Scientific Advisory Board and everyone who supports the UBC. Gerrit van Meer expressed his gratitude for all of their efforts on behalf of the focus area.
Dean Gerrit van Meer wrote to the UBC: “In a short time frame and with limited resources, you all have managed to initiate an extremely inspiring multidisciplinary partnership and to promote it within our community and the world at large. Your presentation at the recent ‘toogdag’ illustrates the energy and motivation that you put into your work on the focus area. These efforts more than deserve a Dean’s Commendation!”
