Dear UBC,
As summer kicks in, we are delighted to conclude this fruitful academic year with the success of our new event, Bioinformatics Industry Day. This event offered a valuable platform for our students and researchers to explore future career opportunities. We are excited to announce that this event will become an annual tradition at UBC, with the next edition already scheduled for 2025.
Looking ahead, we continue to bring our community together, and preparations for our UBC Annual Symposium are in full swing. This will be the 10th edition, set to take place on Monday, October 7, at the Princess Máxima Center. This year’s theme is “Bioinformatics in Utrecht: Past 10 Years and the Future”. Please save the date and join us in celebrating this significant milestone!
