Our Daily Board member Ronnie de Jonge has secured a €4 million European grant to develop AI tools that support more sustainable agriculture. The project will use artificial intelligence to predict the best combinations of beneficial soil microbes, helping crops become more resilient while reducing the need for chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Researchers from five European partners will collaborate on the project.
