For the first time, a research data management-focussed workshop series consisting of four separate sessions will be held in autumn and winter 2019.

  1. Data Management Planning – 19 September [expired]
  2. Documentation Writing and Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN) – 24 October
  3. Data Archiving and Data Publishing – 7 November
  4. FAIR data and SPARQling Genomics – 19 December

 

This workshop series is open to everyone: Master’s students to PI-level, staff from the UBC community, as well as ONCODE associates and X-Omics colleagues.
Each workshop consists of a two-hour session, including a presentation part with an interactive exercise and another hands-on opportunity to try out digital tools and services.
